- How long does it take to receive a price?
- Once we receive the watch details and photos, we usually respond within 24 hours with a price indication.
- When do I get paid?
- If the watch is accepted after inspection and the price is agreed, cleared payment is made before the watch leaves your possession.
- Do I need box and papers?
- Box and papers can add value, but they are not always required. We buy selected watches with full sets, partial sets and watch-only examples depending on the model and condition.
- Is the process private?
- Yes. We do not publicly list your watch or circulate your personal information unnecessarily.
- Do you buy outside Sydney?
- Yes. We work with sellers across Australia. Sydney appointments are available by arrangement, and interstate sellers can contact us to organise a secure process.
- What brands do you buy?
- We buy selected watches from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier, Omega, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Tudor, Breitling and other luxury brands.
- Do I need ID?
- ID and proof of ownership may be required before completing a purchase. This protects both parties and helps ensure a secure transaction.
